Ghostly Presence

For the past few weeks I have been sensing a presence in my bedroom, I feel it is my grandmother, should I talk to her ?

Most definitely speak to her, she is there for a reason, and probably wants to impart a relevant message. It would be a good idea to meditate for a short time before tuning into her. Also have a pen and paper at the ready, as messages will pop into your head from her.
